As leader of D&D's staff on the ground, the MC calls the plays for the motivators, performance dancers and the others in producing entertainments on the floor. The MC is in constant contact with the DJ, assessing the state of the party vibe and time line. And always, the MC is close enough to the B'nai Mitzvah to read their reactions and adjust the entertainment if necessary.
